• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.
